Does Lund Dental have a cancellation or no-show policy?
Lund Dental requires at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. Cancellations or no-shows made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a missed appointment fee, such as a $50 fee. Repeated missed appointments without notice could lead to a higher fee and dismissal from the practice.
Late cancellation and no-show policy
Late cancellation: A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
No-show: Missing an appointment without any prior cancellation.
Late arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require you to reschedule.
Fees and consequences
Fee: A missed appointment fee, such as $50, will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
Rescheduling: For appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will likely be asked to reschedule.
Multiple missed appointments: If you miss or cancel more than two consecutive appointments without giving proper notice, a non-refundable deposit may be required for future appointments.
Dismissal: After multiple instances of missed or late cancellations, you may be dismissed from the practice.
